Shorts Sizing and FAQ

All of our shorts are true to size. They are created in American sizes from XXS-5XL. If you wear a medium, order a medium.

There are size charts on each product page in their photos for reference.

We are a growing company that is still figuring out which items to restock. Most of this is dependent on demand. If we don't have your size currently, sign up on the product page and we will notify you once we restock.

We ship via USPS Priority mail for domestic orders and once you receive your tracking number, your shorts should arrive within 3-5 days. We use UPS for International orders, delivery times will vary.

We fulfill orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail. Due to the challenges of tariffs, taxes and shipping internationally, we are currently only shipping to the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shipsco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days.

Our shorts are made with the highest standards in quality in Pakistan. We settled on a factory that supplied American sizes, impeccable stitching and high quality construction. They have top of the line sublimation printing facilities that print more vibrant colors than other factories, which resulted in them being our first choice. We also utilize a factory in Thailand.

To prolong the life of your gear, we recommend washing by hand in cold water and letting it hang dry. You can also turn your shorts inside out and machine wash inside of a mesh bag then hang dry.
