All of our shorts are true to size. They are created in American sizes from XS-XXXL. If you wear a medium, order a medium.

The exceptions are the "Waterfowl Camouflage Shorts" They run small, so you should order a size larger. (Wear a Large normally? Order an Extra Large) 

We are a growing company that is still figuring out which items to restock. Most of this is dependent on demand. If we don't have your size currently, sign up on the product page and we will notify you once we restock.

Yes we will! We have a minimum order of 30 shorts at $40 a piece. We also need to take into consideration shipping , which usually costs from $40-$100 depending on the size of the order and how far from Nashville (our headquarters) you areIf you would like a fully custom design (we illustrate and design things by hand) we can put an additional quote together dependent on the complexity of the design. Here is a breakdown for reference:

30 shorts at $40 a piece - $1200
Shipping - $60 average
Total - $1260

A 50% deposit must be paid before the order will be placed. Orders usually take 4-6 weeks to complete after the order is placed.

We ship via USPS Priority mail and once you receive your tracking number, your shorts should arrive within 3-5 days.

All of our orders are fulfilled with 24 hours with the exception of Sunday. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail. Most orders placed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day. We are currently only shipping to the United States, but if you are interested in international shipping please email us at howdy@shipscostudio.com so that we can evaluate interest and assess delivery options. Our eco friendly mailers are 100% compostable.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at howdy@shipscostudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our shorts are made with the highest standards in quality in Pakistan. We settled on a factory that supplied American sizes, impeccable stitching and high quality construction. They have top of the line sublimation printing facilities that print more vibrant colors than other factories, which resulted in them being our first choice.

To prolong the life of your gear, we recommend washing by hand in cold water and letting it hang dry. You can also turn your shorts inside out and machine wash inside of a mesh bag then hang dry.
